Using Emilo QR
Emilo QR is provided by Emilo Studios as-is and as available. By using the service you agree to these terms. You may use the tool to create and download QR codes for personal or commercial purposes. No account is required.
Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the content encoded in your QR codes, your uploaded logos and images, and the destinations you share. Only use material you have permission to use. Do not use Emilo QR for illegal, abusive, deceptive or malicious activity, including phishing, malware or infringement of others’ rights. You retain your rights in your own content.
Test before sharing
Always test your QR codes on appropriate devices before printing or distributing them. Colors, logos, margins, print quality, size, lighting and scanning devices affect readability. We cannot guarantee every QR will scan in every physical or printing condition. Direct codes depend on their destination; shareable page codes also depend on this website and any external media remaining available.
Availability and termination
We may update, suspend or discontinue the service or restrict access for misuse, security or operational reasons. You may stop using it at any time. Keep your own copies of downloads and content. No ongoing availability, storage or support commitment is made.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of fitness, uninterrupted service or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, printing costs or losses arising from your use of QR codes or third-party destinations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our branding and changes to these terms
The Emilo QR and Emilo Studios branding and interface belong to their respective rights holders. Using the tool does not grant ownership of those materials or permission to imply endorsement.
